Q: What kinds of fireworks are legal and illegal in your town.
A: i live in indiana. they legalized everything last year. there's a $3 charge to each transaction. before, you had to sign this paper that said you would take them out of state in 3 days. a couple of years later, they sold you this card that said the same thing. everyone was setting them off in their backyards anyhow so they just decided to legalize them. **edit** went and bought some bottle rockets, firecrackers and roman candles today and there's no longer a $3 charge!! woohooo!!!
