Q: We live in Northern VA, but are vacationing in Sandbridge Beach over the 4th of July. Are personal fireworks (sparklers, noise makers, flashers, ect) permitted? I've read a couple things online, but I can't figure out if all fireworks are prohibited or just the ones that leave the ground.
