Q: April 22 is Earth Day! Time for me (and everyone!) to evaluate their ecological footprint. Today i'll be clearing invasive, foreign plants from the park across the street. It's Japanese something or other that is lovely, but was planted 80 years ago as a decoration but is choking local flora. Every day: Recycle! Ride your bike to work! Take public transportation! Compost vegetable waste! Buy from local farmers who use sustainable agricultural systems! HAPPY EARTH DAY!

A: Reminiscing about my first Earth Day. I'd be out on a hike, but it's raining cats & dogs/hammers & pitchforks/ today. So, I'm watching the birds and squirrels enjoy sunflower seeds.
