A: It is starting on March 22nd this year, it is the festival of Ran, Ras and Rag which means colour, dance and song so this would give you an idea. It is celebrated by children throwing coloured paints and pigments over each other, food is obviously a part and families will invite friends and relatives over for sumptuous meals. The celebration normally lasts two days.
