A: Diwali festival came from hindu religion and Halloween festival came from christian religion. Diwali is the festival of goddess and money but halloween is the festival of evils and devils . Regarding lights even in chrismas we have lights . So instead of making similar it would be better to take as a different culture but lots of fun.
