A: No, there is no restriction on worshipping any other Gods during Navratris and Dussehera. In fact along with Goddess Durga also included are the statues of his children two of whom are Ganesha and Kartikey, who are Gods. Apart from it a small statue of Shiva is also there. Ganesha is invoked before worshipping any god and he is the one who is worshipped before worshipping Goddess Durga as well. Also on the particular day of Dussehera Hindus worship Lord Ram as well.
