why in punjab and bengal eat traditional food? like sarsoo ka saag?

A: Sarson ka saag is a typical Punjabi Dish . You would not ask if you had even traveled through Punjab. That is all you see on farms apart from wheat, in the fields. They are leaves of the mustad plants. Food is related to the environment. In Bengal they do NOT have sarson ka saag; but they use mustard seeds in cooking.
