Q: I want to know where do most of you like to spend their holidays, which kind of activities do you like to practise and why? thanks
A: I always prefer to spend my holidays with my family and friends in my hometown..I lived there off and on my whole life and have been away these past 5 years almost, but it always feels good to go back as I'm sure millions of others feel..The one big activity that I also love doing and have been doing most of my whole life and I'm 40 now because my Mom has been doing this as long as I can remember is making Christmas goodies..and I'm talking A LOT of cookies and candies and different things made with chex cereal...and the idea of making all these is that they are made in such an abundance because we package them up and give them as gifts to family and friends (the names on the list vary a little year to year but usually just go up in number as all of us have grown..I love doing this with my Mom, and we also always listen to Christmas music too, and my heart swells everytime I hear my Mom sing in her off-key voice....she told me once when I was a little girl that God doesn't care how we sing just as long as we do...take care and I hope that 2008 is a year filled with many PEACEful moments for you and your loved ones....;0)
