Q: Why are the Chinese in Singapore celebrating both festival? Like the muslims will celebrate eid,hindus celebrate diwali and the chinese celebrate christmas n their chinese new year,so they believe to in the "christianity" or the "chinese god"???
A: They're completely seperate. CNY has nothing to do with Christmas. Singapore has embraced Christmas more as of late as it's population becomes increasingly mixed, with more Christians living there.
