Q: I know the Armenian Apostolic church celebrates it on January 6. is it the same with the Russians?

A: Orthodox Christmas is on January 7th Christmas eve is tonight, January 6th. Some other countries that also observe this day as Christmas are (but not limited to) Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Ukraine.
