Q: We were suppose to pay $25 to $30. I bought a $30 american express gift certificate. I picked a bag and in it was a gift to Karen from Keith and Mary. I opened it up and inside was a three pack of .bodybutter . Two were sealed but one was opened and inside was finger indentations. Somehow i found out who put it in the grab bag. My question is Should I confront the person? Ew
A: It might have been a mistake. Maybe they bought the three-pack, and if they have a kid, the little one might have done it. Or say if there a couple and one spouse bought it and the other used it. Then when the time came to wrap it the one who bought it didn't realize it was open. If I were you, I wouldn't be rude about it. If you decide to confront them, do it descretely so no one else hears/sees. Or try to return it. Ask them where they bought it and tell them you'd like to return it because you have sensative skin and can't use body butter. Apologize and be really sweet about the whole thing. Good luck!
